It's not east at all for a starter. I've tried Google Blogger and Word Press to see the difference ...
It seems that Blogger is just for daily blog, can't make personal menu, links, frame, theme, etc. Or probably I didn't explore enough the tools ...
On the other hand, on the Word Press page, I've been making progress ... hmm ...
Hard to decide to keep which one since I'm so laze to update both of them everyday!
Need more experiments ...
